Over the next few months, with both Pluto and Saturn in retrograde, you are more likely to be called into deep self-reflection. This is an important time to examine the nature of your personal integrity and whether your public persona is aligned with your private values and beliefs. You are also coming to a more mature understanding of your personal power. Finally, you can gain a clearer picture now of what you seek in life for a true sense of fulfillment and purpose. Although the 'Taurus season' is generally a time for peaceful love and enjoyment of nature, relationships and other luxuries of earthly life, this week's Full Moon in Scorpio can trigger intense, dark emotions. You might become more aware of suppressed fear or anger, which can come to the surface in unexpected ways. Here are some key themes of the Scorpio Full Moon, which are in play all week: . . *Awareness of Emotions deep within: we are not aware of these primal feelings on a conscious level, and may be acting out on them without truly being in touch with them. This Full Moon in Scorpio can bring up emotions or residual feelings from past experiences/traumas that are difficult to confront. . . *The Use of Personal Power: this Full Moon can raise your awareness to the power dynamics at play in your romantic, family, or professional relationships. This may involve subordinating yourself to another as a way of gaining affection or approval, or using your power over others to dominate or manipulate. . . *Vengeance vs. Forgiveness: Scorpio energy rules our residual emotions from past experiences, which can keep us ‘stuck’ in the past. Scorpio also rules the dark urge for vengeance, the desire to make someone else literally feel your suffering. Although this may feel justified in the moment, it does not heal the original source of the grief. . . . *Intimacy & Trust: Scorpio rules the experience of being ‘seen’ by another; revealing the deep, vulnerable aspects of self which you tend to keep guarded and protected. Trust, commitment, loyalty, non-judgement and acceptance are fundamental values within the Scorpion paradigm and this may be a time for certain relationships to mature into more meaningful bonds. Use this time, until tomorrow evening for rest, self-care, reflection, meditation - calming the nervous system and supporting the subtle body in this stage of release. We are processing so much now on so many levels right now, which means embracing the end of the lunar cycle as a period of purging/processing/integrating is even more crucial to our health. The Moon was 'New' 29 days ago in the same sign that it's in today, the sign of Aries. This is the end of the cycle... Let us lovingly allow ourselves the time and space to integrate lessons from the past month. May we each surrender to this process.
